Shipping Policy

For most orders totaling $100 or more, complimentary shipping is provided within the United States, subject to certain exclusions. Notably, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APOs, and P.O. Boxes are ineligible for free shipping.

All packages are shipped within three business days of the order placement. Preorder items will be shipped once all components of your order are available. In cases where an order contains both a live inventory item and a preorder item, your order will not be shipped out until the preorder items becomes available.

Please be advised that delays may occur in instances where manufacturers or suppliers experience delays in product availability, potentially affecting shipping timelines.

Our sealed products are meticulously packaged in factory-sealed condition, including factory wrapping where applicable. It's important to note that we assume no liability for any tears or imperfections in the wrapping, or for any missing or damaged components within the factory-sealed item.

Sealed products are intended for customer opening as per manufacturer specifications, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. Please bear in mind that any damage to the outer packaging does not affect the contents of the box.

For international orders utilizing mail forwarding services, we cannot be held accountable for the package once it has been marked as delivered. We lack the means to track the package thereafter and cannot verify if any mishandling occurred during its possession by the forwarding company or during transit to the customer.

We advise ordering accordingly, noting that business days are observed from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable. This designation includes, but is not limited to, all trading cards and products containing any trading cards.

A 10% fee will be applied to any returns or order cancellations, including those initiated due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an item has been shipped, no shipping costs will be refunded, regardless of whether the costs were borne by the customer or by us.

Returns must be initiated within one week of the delivery date.

Preorder products are sourced from our suppliers based on orders placed through the website. As such, we regret to inform you that no refunds or returns are possible for preorder items.
